Pre-Event
Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We have a strict no refund policy.

Does my name need to be on my ticket?

Yes. To ensure the validity of the ticket, we require your name to be on the ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure the name on your ID matches that of your ticket. If you can no longer attend, you must sell your ticket through our official ticket resale platform, Tixel, which will open soon.

Pricing - $10

I’m driving to the event, is there parking available?

Parking in the area is extremely limited due to it being amongst an industrial area. Please review the public transport options or use ride share services. Parking is available for those with a disabled permit.

Can I organise a Taxi/Uber after the event?

This is possible however due to the area of the event and the volume, this is not strongly recommended. We suggest pre-organising with friends or utilising public transport.

Can you camp on site?

No. If you would like to stay the night nearby, we recommend looking into local hotels or AirBnb.

At the event
Is there wheelchair access throughout the event?

Yes. Ability Fest is 100% accessible throughout the Coburg Velodrome. Please refer further to the disability information that speaks to all our accessible features. If you have further questions, please contact us through our facebook page.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes. Please contact info@untitledgroup.com.au to organise.

What form of ID will I need?

You will need one of the following IDs on arrival and on your person throughout the entire event:

  • Current valid Australian driver’s licence (with photograph)
  • Current Passport
  • Government Issued Proof of Age Card
  • Victorian Keypass
  • International Driver’s Licence (must contain a photograph)
What time do gates open?

Gates open at 12pm.

Will there be cashout facilities on site?

Yes - ANZ will have accessible ATMs on site for all guests to use.

Will there be Vegetarian & Vegan food options?

Yes, we have an incredible range of high quality food stalls and trucks catering to all dietary requirements.

What items are banned from the festival?

Alcohol, glass (perfume bottles under 100ml are permitted), food, soft drinks, metal cutlery, bottle openers, cans, more than 100ml of liquid (sunscreen, perfume, makeup), hydration packs or bladders, skateboards, milk crates, containers of liquid fuel, water pistols, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, any other items considered illegal or dangerous, animals (seeing eye dogs an exception), umbrellas, eskys, backpacks larger than A4 piece of paper, shopping trolleys, camping chairs, deck chairs, bean bags, air beds, tables, tents, sun shades, aerosols.

No violence will be tolerated.

Bad attitudes will not be condoned.

Will there be bag searches at the gate?

It is a condition of entry to all events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue. All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry.

Any prohibited items will be confiscated & Ability Fest will not be responsible for them.

What type of camera can I bring?

You can bring anything from an iPhone to a disposable camera however we do not permit professional cameras of any kind. Any camera with a detachable lens is not permitted.

What medical facilities are available?

Ability Fest will be looked after by St John Ambulance officers. Please visit them for any of your medical needs. Will be marked appropriately on the map released 2 weeks prior to event.

If you’re simply needing some time out, please visit the ANZ Sensory area of the festival where you can relax, refresh & take some quiet time out.

I have prescription medicines that need to be stored/refrigerated. Is this possible?

Yes. Please see our first aid tent immediately after arrival so you can make arrangements for your medication.
